D365 FetchXML builder
FetchXML is Dataverse's own query language, the same one Advanced Find uses behind the scenes. Enter the table's logical name, the columns you want and your conditions, and copy a query you can use in a flow, a report or Advanced Find.
D365 FetchXML Builder
DATAVERSE'S OWN QUERY LANGUAGE
NOT AN OData TRANSLATION, THE REAL SYNTAX ADVANCED FIND USES
Use this in a "List rows" action's Fetch XML Query field, a custom report, or the FetchXML tab of Advanced Find. Field operators here cover the common cases, FetchXML supports more (like-x, between, on-x) that you may still need to add by hand.
How to use it
- Enter the table's logical name, for example
incidentfor Cases. - List the columns to return, add your filter conditions, and set a sort order or row limit if you need one.
- Paste the FetchXML into a "List rows" action's Fetch Xml Query field, a report, or the FetchXML view in Advanced Find.
