Trigger condition and filter builder
A trigger condition stops a flow from running at all unless the condition is true, which saves runs and keeps the run history readable. Trigger conditions use the workflow expression language with an @ at the start, and the same logic written as a Power Fx Filter formula looks completely different. Add your conditions once and switch between the two outputs.
Filter Conditions & Trigger Conditions
ADD CONDITIONS, COMBINE WITH AND / OR
OUTPUT AS POWER FX OR A FLOW TRIGGER CONDITION
Field names and values are placeholders, swap them for your actual columns. This runs entirely in your browser.
How to use it
- Choose whether you want a Power Fx Filter formula or a Power Automate trigger condition.
- Add your conditions and choose whether they combine with AND or OR.
- For a trigger condition, open the trigger's Settings and paste it under Trigger conditions. For Power Fx, paste it into the Items property of a gallery or wherever you need the filtered table.
